Scrapping Weekend

As many of you may know the Washington, DC area was hit with major snow this winter season and you can find some of the snow pictures that I posted of all of the wonderful white stuff that eventually got on my last nerve.

Well the snow has FINALLY gone away and even though I have to pull up the trees in front of my house due to all of the winter weather. I was excited when my cousin Robin wanted to have one of our annual scrapping days at her house. I haven’t been much in the mood for scrapping lately (guess to the winter blues) but I was excited for this as she was going to have a Stampin Up demonstrator come and show us there products. I have been looking at their website as I see so many people who mention them and if you look in some of the card making magazines they mention using stampin up products.

So, I packed up all of the items I wanted to take as I didn’t know what I wanted to work on as I hadn’t been in the mood to work on anything but decided if I did some pages for my nephew/godson’s book that would get me in the mood as I usually keep his pages simple since I don’t think he will appreciate any of the flowers when he gets older.

After we all played with the toys at stampin up and all made huge orders LOL!. We all sat down so my cousin could show us how to make an Easel card. My cousin’s husband even sat down with us and made a card.

Here are pictures of us scrapping:
